摘要:根据ASTM A519 Gr.4130SR材料特点,选用合适的焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接工艺参数及焊后热处理工艺,并按相关焊接工艺评定标准要求对焊接接头进行试验。 试验结果显示:焊接接头力学性能等指标完全满足相关焊接工艺评定标准的要求。 同时表明:焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接工艺参数及焊后热处理工艺选用合理,能够满足实际生产需要。

Welding Procedure Qualification for the Material ASTM A519 Gr.4130SR

Abstract:In accordance with the characteristics of the material ASTM A519 Gr.4130SR, appropriate welding processes, welding consumables, welding parameters and post welding heat treatment process were selected, and the welded joint was tested according to the requirements of the relevant welding procedure qualification standards. The test results show that the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the requirements of relevant welding procedure qualification standards. Simultaneously, it shows that the selection of welding processes, welding consumables, welding parameters and post welding heat treatment process is reasonable, which can meet the actual production needs.
